Sculpt

Targeted strength training to define and tone muscle. Build shape and strength at your own pace.

Engine

Conditioning session building stamina, power, and performance. High energy, results focused.

Boxercise

Boxing-inspired cardio workout improving fitness and coordination. No experience needed.

Hyrox Conditioning

Strength and conditioning blend improving full-body athleticism. A signature JDD session.

Barbell

Strength session developing power using barbell compound lifts. Great for building a solid base.

LBT

Lower-body focused session shaping legs, bums, and tums. A firm community favourite.

KB

Kettlebell-based session building strength, power, and endurance through functional movement.

Saturday Switch

Varied weekend workout mixing strength, cardio, and challenge. The perfect way to end the week.

Stretching

Guided stretching and mobility session to improve flexibility, aid recovery, and reduce injury risk. Perfect after a tough week of training.

Open Gym

Fob access members can train independently. Slots bookable via the Gymcatch app. Max 5 per slot.
