Group Session
Payment & Session Policy
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe through direct debit.
• There is no fixed contract – you're free to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Please allow 4 weeks' notice for any changes. During this notice period, a partial payment may be taken or your new rate may begin after a short delay.
• Session credits can be used at any time during your billing month.
• You can cancel sessions anytime without a cancellation fee. All I ask is that you cancel through the app or message me beforehand – missed sessions without notice will count as used, as that time could’ve gone to someone else.
• I reserve the right to cancel or amend sessions when necessary.
Safety & Studio Terms
• Please arrive on time and ensure you’re physically fit to train. If you have any injuries, health concerns, or are on medication, let your coach know before starting the session.
• Proper footwear and suitable clothing must be worn at all times.
• Follow all instructions given by your coach to ensure a safe training environment for everyone.
• You are responsible for using the equipment safely and as instructed.
• The studio reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who is acting in a manner that could risk the safety or enjoyment of others.

Payment & Commitment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe through direct debit.

There is no fixed contract. However, a 2-week notice period is required to cancel your plan. A partial payment may be taken to cover this notice period if applicable.

Payments are spread across 48 weeks of the year, allowing for 4 weeks of non-training time (e.g. holidays or planned breaks). This means you pay the same amount monthly, regardless of whether the month contains 4 or 5 weeks.

If for any reason I (the PT) take more than the allocated 4 weeks off, you will be refunded for any additional missed sessions.
Session Cancellations & Rescheduling

To cancel a booked session, clients must give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice via in person, text, phone call, or email.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the full session fee will be charged.

If more than 24 hours’ notice is provided, the session can be rescheduled and must be used within 2 calendar months. If not used within that time, it will be forfeited.

If I (the PT) cancel a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will receive either a free session or a full refund for that session.
Lateness Policy

I will wait up to 15 minutes past the agreed start time. After this, the session is considered forfeited, and no refund will be given.

If you arrive within the 15-minute window, the session will still end at the original time — no additional time will be added.
General Terms

I reserve the right to cancel or amend sessions at any time.

By setting up your direct debit, you confirm that you agree to the above terms.
